摘　　要：保理是一项在信用销售方式下生成的新型综合性融资结算方式,在满足中小企业融资需求和推动国际贸易发展方 面具有明显的应用优势。保理业务在中国的发展还处于起步阶段,在管理、操作等诸多方面还存在很多问题,需要从健全法 律法规、提高监管水平、加强保理业务体系建设等多方面入手加以改善。As a new comprehensive financing and settlernent method, factoring has particular advantages in meeting the financing need of the SMEs and propelling International trade. For many reasons, China's factoring industry is much under- developed. This paper points out the problems, analyzes the main reasons, and also presents suggestions to make every effort in creating better environment for promoting factoring in China.
