完善人民币汇率机制的一些看法

摘　　要：近来,人民币汇率机制的调整问题受到了国内外的极大关注。在当前环境下进行汇率体制的调整既存在有利条件,也存在不利因素。该文认为,为完善汇率形成机制,应提高汇率生成机制的市场化程度、培育健全的外汇市场、制定合理的汇率波动区间,并改善央行的干预机制。The adjustment of the RMB exchange rate mechanism has attracted great attention from both home and abroad.Under current circumstances,adjusting the rate mechanism bears both favorable conditions and disadvantageous factors.To perfect the exchange rate forming mechanism,this paper holds that China should give greater play to the market in forming the exchange rate,develop a sound FX market with a more reasonable range of rate fluctuation,and improve the central bank's intervention mechanism.
