摘  要:采用液相法制备b-NiOOH电极活性材料样品,引入添加剂与氧化剂联合作用,使反应溶液中不仅有ClO-,还有新生氧原子,提高了镍基材料的氧化深度。X射线衍射(XRD)和X射线能谱(EDS)分析结果表明,样品b-NiOOH含Ni量为96.34%(质量百分数),适合电池材料的要求。以该材料为正极活性物质制成ZR6型Zn-Ni电池,同LR6型Zn-MnO2电池进行对比放电性能试验。结果表明,ZR6型电池有较好的重负荷放电性能,放电平台电压高,放电容量约为LR6型电池的1.83倍。在模拟照相机闪光的1.8W脉冲放电试验中,终止电压为1.0V时,ZR6型电池的脉冲次数为LR6型电池的2倍。将b-NiOOH作为MH-Ni扣式电池的正极添加剂,则可以提高MH-Ni电池的活化效率,减少活化次数,提高电池的放电容量。The samples of b-NiOOH were produced by liquid phase reaction, by the synergism of additive and oxidizer, inducing ClO- and neogenic oxygen atom in the reaction solution, so the degree of oxidation of nickel-based material was improved. The results of XRD and EDS showed that the content of nickel was 96.34% , and suitable for the demand of the cell materials. ZR 6 type Ni-Zn cell produced with the sample, after contrast test with the LR 6 type MnO2-Zn cell in the same conditions,proved to have good performances in large discharge current and high discharge voltage flat. The capacity of ZR 6 cell was about 1.83 times of LR 6. At the simulative flash test of camera with 1.8 W pulse, while the discharge end voltage was 1.0 V, flash times of ZR 6 were double of LR 6. It would improve the activation efficiency,reduce the activation times,increase the capacity, adding b-NiOOH into the anode of Ni-MH button battery.
