粉末冶金温压工艺在汽车连杆制备中的应用

摘　　要：简要介绍并比较了用于制备汽车连杆的铸造、模锻、粉末锻造和常规粉末冶金工艺。重点介绍了粉末冶金温压工艺及其在汽车连杆生产中的应用前景,并对温压-烧结连杆的技术经济性进行了分析。经比较分析认为,温压技术将对铸造、模锻、粉末锻造技术产生冲击。This paper presents comparisons of four technologies casting,die forging,PM forging and routine PM processing.This paper emphasizes the application aspect of PM temperature press technology in automotive connecting rod production and the economy analysis of temperature press-sintering technology of connecting rod.It is shown by comparisons that PM temperature press technology has a strong impact on casting,die forging,PM forging technology.
