摘　　要：为开发质轻、耐热老化、抗冲击、高刚性的汽车保险杠专用聚丙烯(PP)材料,采用了不同弹性体体系增韧改性PP,同时引入极性功能高分子材料,并配合以高效先进的耐光老化稳定剂体系,取得了良好的改性效果。试验结果表明,所研制的专用PP材料,能够满足汽车保险杠的性能和加工要求,而且降低了生产成本,已用于捷达轿车保险杠的批量生产。In order to develop polypropylene raw material specified for automobile bumper with POE and EPDM as toughened agent,the printing performance of this new material can be improved by adding polar functional polymer,and the light stability can also be enhanced by adding high effective light stabilizer.Every property of this kind of polypropylene meets requirement for automotive bumper material.
