摘　　要：以275kW日立产变频电机为例,阐述了在现有工装设备和工艺条件下的电机大修施工方案、国产绝缘材料和绝缘结构的替代方案以及部分工艺难点的解决办法。Taking for example 275 kW frequency conversion motor made in HITACHI, the overhaul construction plan under the existing equipment and process conditions, the replacement plans for home-made isolation materials and isolation structure, and the solutions for parts of process difficulties are presented.
