摘　　要：针对马钢第一炼钢厂圆坯连铸机的铸坯质量问题,进行了原因分析与改进探讨,结合铸机二流改三流的增流改造工程,对铸机设备作了有效改进,对三个循环冷却水系统作了相应的扩建,介绍了主要改进措施和扩建内容。经过8个月的运行考验,达到了预期目标。There were problems in casting bland quality of continuous casters for round steel blank of No.1 Steelworks of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co. Ltd. The problems were analyzed and the improving measures were discussed. On the basis of the reconstruction engineering of changing two-strand to three-strand, the casters were effectively transformed and the three circulating cooling water systems were expanded. The main improving measures and expanding contents were presented. It reached the expected target through eight months' operation.
