摘　　要：在中国城市化的进程中,由于目前的土地制度不完善导致了征地纠纷、农民权益受损、土地资源浪费等一系列问题。问题的关键在于现行的土地制度不再符合社会发展的客观要求。因此必须建立新型的土地产权制度,规范城市化过程中各方面的利益分配,特别是要保障农民的权益不受侵犯,保证城市化的顺利进行和社会的健康发展。In the process of urbanization, China is object to a series of problems, such as, the disputes in the requisitioning of land ,the rights and interests loss that peasants suffered,and the waste of the land sources, etc.,due to the defects in the present land system .However, the crux of the problem lies in the discordance of the present land system with the development of the society. Therefore, to insure a sooth process and sound growth of the urbanization, it is urgent for us to establish a new land system to regulate the distribution of interests among all walks of the society,especially securing the rights and interests of peasants.
