摘　　要：如何方便、可靠地构成通讯网络是实施分布式计算机数字控制 (DNC)系统的关键。在分析多种数控系统通讯接口的基础上 ,研制了实用的DNC数控系统。文章介绍了分布式计算机数控系统通信网络的结构、通信协议、调试步骤以及通信与管理软件的主要功能。现场应用证明 ,该系统具有设计合理、可靠性高、实用性强等特点。Forming the communication network easily and reliably is the key to the implementation of the distributed numerical control (DNC) system. DNC system is developed on the basis of analyzing of the features of communication interfaces of many NC systems. This article mainly introduces the construction of distributed numerical control system, communication protocols, debug process, and function of DNC communication and managing software. The practical application shows that the system has the characteristics of reasonable design, high stability, high practicability etc.
