摘 要:选择24头大别山黄牛随机均分4组,在每天每头饲喂2.5kg精料的基础上,各组相应自由采食不同处理的秸秆,以探讨其对大别山黄牛后期集中肥育的影响。结果与饲喂干稻草相比,饲喂氨化稻草能极显著地提高育肥牛的日增重21.47%(P<0.01),5.28%的秸秆采食量(P>0.05),节约支出71.93元;微贮稻草能提高27.76%(P<0.01)的日增重,14.72%(P<0.01)的秸秆采食量,节约支出91.4元;EM处理稻草虽提高7.97%(P<0.05)的增重速度,11.36%(p<0.01)的秸秆采食量,但效益不显著,结果表明,在利用秸秆加精料型的舍饲育肥中,微贮或氨化是充分发挥大别山黄牛肉用性能的最佳秸秆处理方式。Twenty-four heads of Dabieshan yellow cattle were randomly divided into four groups. Besides 2.5 kg/ head a day of basal concentrate, rice straw treated with (NH\-4) 2CO\-3, microbial live bacterium and EM were free choice. After 90 days of finishing period, results demonstrated that average daily gain, straw intake and profit of the group fed with ammoniated straw increased 21.47%(P<0.05), 5.28%(P>05) and $ 71.93. Average daily gain, straw intake and profit of the group fed with live bacterium increased 27.76%(P<0.01), \{5.28\}%(P<0.01) and $ 91.4. Although average daily gain, straw intake of the group fed with live bacterium increased 7.97%(P<0.05), 11.36%(P<0.01), profit was decreased $ 91.4.
