摘 要:将30头去势荷斯坦公牛随机分成三组进行了为期60d的育肥试验。试验I组饲喂干豆腐渣(DBE)完全替代豆粕日粮,试验II组饲喂DBE替代1/2豆粕日粮,试验III组(对照组)饲喂只含豆粕日粮。结果表明,三组供试牛的精料消耗量及日增重均无显著差异(P>0.05)。经济效益分析表明,就本场规模而言(200头),试验II组的生产成本比对照组减少0.52元/头·d,每年可节约精料费用37960元,同时可以节约豆粕资源约29.2t;试验I组的生产成本比对照组减少1.57元/头·d,每年可节约精料费用114610元,同时可以节约豆粕资源约58.4t。Thirty Holstein steer were randomly divided in three groups and finished for 60 days. Feed of group I only contained dry bean curd Pulp, feed of group II contained 1/2 dry bean curd Pulp and 1/2 soybean meal and feed of group III only contained soybean meal. Results showed that concentrate and average daily gain of three groups were not significantly different (P>0.05). Production cost of group II and I was decreased $ 0.52 and 1.57 per cattle a day, respectively. On the experimental farm production scale, substituting all soybean meal for dry bean curd Pulp can save $ 37960 feeding cost and 29.2 tons soybean meal, substituting 1/2 soybean meal for dry bean curd Pulp can save $ 114 610 feeding cost and 58.4 ton soybean meal.
