五味麝香丸的抗炎镇痛作用研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究五味麝香丸的抗炎镇痛作用。方法 :抗炎实验采用大鼠足跖肿胀法和小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性法 ;镇痛实验采用甲醛致大鼠疼痛法、热板法和醋酸扭体法。结果 :五味麝香丸 6 0mg·kg-1 和 2 0 0mg·kg-1 能显著降低蛋清所致大鼠足跖肿胀百分率 ,五味麝香丸 1 0 0mg·kg-1 和 30 0mg·kg-1 能有效抑制小鼠毛细血管通透性 ,提示该药有抗炎作用。镇痛实验中 ,五味麝香丸 2 0mg·kg-1 和 6 0mg·kg-1 可明显减少甲醛致痛大鼠抬足次数 ,五味麝香丸 1 0 0mg·kg-1 和30 0mg·kg-1 能明显提高热板致小鼠痛阈 ,减少扭体次数 ;30 0mg·kg-1 组还能显著延长扭体潜伏期 ,显示该药有明显的镇痛作用。结论 :五味麝香丸有明显的抗炎、镇痛作用。AIM: To study the anti inflammatory and analgesic effects of Wuweishexiang Pill(WP). METHODS: Anti inflammatory effcet of WP was studied with the model of egg white induced swelling in rat paw and of dye exudation induced by acetic acid. Using the pain model in mice induced by acetic and hot plate, the analgesic effect of WP was investigated. RESULTS: WP (60, 200mg·kg -1 ) significantly reduced the degree of the swelling induced by egg white in rat, and WP (100, 300mg·kg -1 ) inhibited the dye exudation induced by acetic acid in mice, which indicated the anti inflammatory its effect. WP(20, 60mg·kg -1 ) obviously decreased the number of rat's lifting paws. The number of writhe induced by acetic acid was decreased significanlty and the pain threshold of temperature stimuli was increased markedly in mice when administrated with WP(100, 300mg·kg -1 ); WP(300 mg·kg -1 ) also prolonged the latency of writhe. CONCLUSION: WP has the obvious antiinflammatory and analgesic effects.
