摘　　要：介绍直线电机应用在铺粉装置中的结构设计、控制电路的硬件设计及软件设计。采用了抗干扰能力强的西门子S7- 2 0 0可编程控制 (PLC)来实现铺粉装置运行的逻辑控制。通过样机实验 ,验证了直线电机在往返直线运动系统中应用的优越性 。This paper introduces linear induction motors in the intelligent spreading powder machine. Its control system adopts the Siemens S7-200 programmable logical controller(PLC) that has strong anti-interference capability. By experiment, the the functional requirement comes true.
