摘　　要：太谷学派是中国最后一个儒学学派,又称新泰州学派,其一传大弟子李光火斤讲学于泰州、扬州,据国学大师柳翼谋、李审言和刘师培的评述,其代表作《李氏遗书》中不仅反映了其师周太谷的名言与思想,而且融摄儒、释、道、墨诸家学说,总结历史教训,提出了变通、以人为本、实学实用等新思想。TAI Gu School, also called New Taizhou School is known as the last Confucianism school. The chief disciple of this school, LI Guang-xin kept giving lecture in Taizhou and Yangzhou. Investigating some comments from the works of several great masters such as LI Shi-pei, LI Shen-yan and LIU Yi-mu, in LI Guang-xin's representative work-LI 'S Posthumous Work basing on either disseminated the celebrated dictums and ideas of his tutor ZHOU Tai-gu or mixed Confucianism, Buddism, Taoism and Mohism together, LI Guang-xin summed up the historical lessons and putted forwards some new ideas containing humane idea, making adaptation to the social development, practical and pragmatic learning..
