金刚藤的黄酮类化学成分

摘　　要：目的对金刚藤化学成分进行分离、鉴定。方法采用反复硅胶柱色谱法、制备薄层色谱法等进行分离纯化 ;通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定了其化学结构。结果分离得到了 5个黄酮类化合物 ,即山萘酚 (kaempferol,Ⅰ )、山萘酚 7 O β D 吡喃葡萄糖苷 (kaempferol 7 O β D glucopyra noside ,Ⅱ )、二氢山萘酚 (dihydrokaempferol,Ⅲ )、槲皮素 (quercetine ,Ⅳ )、异鼠李素 (isorhamnetin ,Ⅴ )。结论这Objective To study the chemical composition of the rhizome of Smilax bockii Warb.Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis.Result Five compounds were isolated as kaempferol (Ⅰ);kaempferol-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(Ⅱ);dihydrokaempferol(Ⅲ); quercetine (Ⅳ); isorhamnetin(Ⅴ).Conclusion The above five compounds are obtained from this plant for the first time.
