安替威胶囊抗病毒的药效学研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察安替威胶囊体内外抗病毒作用。方法 :(1)观察安替威胶囊含药血清冻干粉在体外对副流感等 8种病毒致细胞病变的抑制作用 ;(2 )观察安替威胶囊对小鼠流感病毒性肺炎的抑制作用和对流感病毒致小鼠死亡的保护作用。结果 :安替威胶囊含药血清冻干粉及原药液在体外对 6种主要引起呼吸道感染的病毒致细胞病变具有明显的抑制作用 ;对小鼠流感病毒性肺炎具有一定的抑制作用 ;可延长流感病毒小鼠的生存时间 ,对流感病毒致小鼠死亡具有保护作用。Objects:To observe the antivirus effect of antivirus capsule in vitro and in vivo experiments.Methods:1.Observing the antivirus effect of the serumal powder including antiviruscapsule to eight kinds of virus which cause the cell pathological change.2.Observing the inhibition effect to the mouse that has virus pneumonia,and observing the death protecting effect to the mouse that infected by influenza virus.Results:Both the serumal powder and liquid that including antivirus capsule have the inhibition function to six kinds of virus which are the main cause of virus infection of respiratory tract disease.3.It has the inhibition effect to the mouse that has virus pneumonia.It has protecting function of the death of mouse which caused by the influenza virus,and it also can prolong the existing time and decrease the death rate of the mouse.
