摘  要:目的了解葡萄球菌在临床感染中的情况及其对抗生素的耐药性,为抗生素的合理应用提供依据。方法采用苯唑西林纸片法(KB法)和自动化仪器法VITEK-32AMS系统GPI卡鉴定葡萄球菌,GPS-107卡鉴测耐苯唑西林的葡萄球菌(MRS)和β-内酰胺酶以及葡萄球菌的耐药谱。结果230株葡萄球菌中有72株金黄色葡萄球菌,其中耐苯唑西林(MRSA)的占73.6%,56株表皮葡萄球菌,其中耐苯唑西林(MRSE)的占66.07%,其它的102株凝固酶阴性的葡萄球菌中耐苯唑西林的占65.68%。其余的为对苯唑西林敏感的(MSS)菌株。结论临床分离的葡萄球菌中耐苯唑西林的葡萄球菌MRS占很大的比例,且对其它抗生素的敏感性明显低于对苯唑西林敏感的葡萄球菌。耐苯唑西林的葡萄球菌对万古霉素敏感性最高,利福平、呋喃妥因、复方磺胺甲口恶唑次之。Objective To investigate the clinical infection status of Staphylococcus and it′s antibiotic ~resistance , and establish guidelines for antibiotic rational use. Methods Staphylococcus isolates were determined by methods of KB and GPI in VITEK-32 AMS. The antibiotic resistance profiles were analyzed by GPS-107 method. Results In 230 clinical Staphylococci, 53 of 72 (73.6%) Staphylococcus aureus isolates and 37 of 56 (66.07%) Staphylococcus epidermidis isolates were resistant to oxacillin. Sixty-seven of 102 (65.7%) of coagulase-negative staphylococci were resistant to oxacillin, the rest were sensitive to oxacillin. Conclusion The majority of clinical staphylococci were resistant to oxacillin, and had less sensibility to antibiotics than oxacillin-sensitive isolates. Oxacillin-resistant Staphylococcus was more sensitive to vancomycin, then followed by rifampicin, nitrofurantoin, and bactrim.
