摘　　要：目的　探讨主动脉窦瘤破裂的外科治疗。方法　回顾性分析 1987年 1月至 2 0 0 4年 3月收治的 4 1例主动脉窦瘤患者的临床资料。结果　全组患者手术经过顺利 ,死亡 1例 ,病死率为 2 .4 %。术后随访 2个月至 14年 ,全组无残余分流。证实随访者心脏功能恢复到Ⅰ～Ⅱ级 (NYHA) ,能从事正常学习工作。结论　本病术前诊断并不困难 ,主动脉窦瘤破裂一经确诊 。Objective To discuss the methods of the surgical treatment of rupture of aortic sinus aneurysm.Methods The data from 41 cases of lutembacher’s syndrome who underwent surgical treatment from January of 1987 to March of 2004 was analyzed. Results Among 41 cases,hospital death occurred in 1 case,resulting in an operation mortalily rate of 2.4%. Remaining 40 cases were cure.Conclusion There is no difficulty in the diagnosis of Rupture of aortic sinus aneurysm. The patiant should be operated when he was diagnosed.
