摘　　要：采用铬钼无限冷硬球墨铸铁材质制造轧钢机辊套,通过控制铁液的化学成分、球化孕育处理工艺和冷却速度,实现对辊套组织及性能的控制。从而生产出各项性能符合轧钢工艺要求、组织均匀致密的辊套。The production process of endless chilled Cr-Mo ductile iron roller-sleeve used roller mill was introduced. The microstructures and mechanical properties of the roller-sleeve can be controlled through controlling the chemical composition, inoculating and spheroidizing treatment and cooling rate in Cr-Mo alloyed nodular cast iron.
