摘 要:介绍电子束熔炼炉温度控制的双闭环控制回路方案。对以变压器为负荷的电子束熔炼炉温度控制采用晶闸管调压技术是最佳选择。分析了该方案在实施过程中的几个技术难题,给出了相应的解决措施。运行结果表明,该系统在炉温检测及控制方面,其性能和指标显著提高,减少人为因素造成的不利影响,产品的质量也大幅度提高。为研制电子束熔炼炉提供了理论基础。It is introduced the twin closed loop control return schemes which the electron beam smelting furnace temperature was dominated. Adopting thyristor Regulation voltage technique is the optimum selection to temperature control for electron beam smelting furnace that takes the transformer as the burden. Analysis several technique hard nuts to crack that scheme is living in the implementation process and give out the relevant settlement step. Running the result shows that the property and target of system are remarkbly lifted in furnace temperature examination and the control, decreased the harmful effect that the human factors created the quality of produce is also lifted by a wide margin ,which lays a good foundation for studying Electron beam melting furnace.
