盐酸格拉司琼预防神经外科术后恶心呕吐的观察

摘　　要：目的观察盐酸格拉司琼术中静脉注射预防神经外科手术后恶心呕吐的效果。方法选择神经外科手术患者40例,随机分为两组,观察组(20例)静脉注射盐酸格拉司琼3mg,对照组(20例)静脉注射生理盐水5mL,观察术后24h内恶心呕吐发生率及副反应。结果格拉司琼组术后恶心呕吐发生率(15%)明显少于生理盐水组(55%)。结论术中静脉注射盐酸格拉司琼可提早预防神经外科手术后恶心呕吐的发生。Objective:To evaluate the effect of Granisetron hydrochloride on the prevention of nausea and vomiting after neurosurgical operation.Methods:40 patients were randomly divided into two groups: the study group ( n =20) were intravenously administrated 3 mg of Granisetron hydrochloride,while the control group were given 5 mL of 0.9% NaCl. The incidence rate of postoperative nausea and vomiting was recorded,and the side effects of the drug were also observed.Results:The incidence rate was less in the study group (15%) than in the control group (55%).Conclusion:Intravenously administration of Granisetron hydrochloride during the neurosurgical operation can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative nausea and vomiting.
