摘 要:文章评价了目前各类缓蚀剂在石油和天然气的钻采及输油气管道工程中所发挥的重要作用,简述了近年来绿色缓蚀剂的发展趋势,介绍了以多元醇和多聚磷酸为主要原料合成新型多元磷酸酯酸洗缓蚀剂的方法,及经过大量实验得出的合成新型多元磷酸酯缓蚀剂的最佳条件。针对输油气管道的作业环境,文章介绍了采用挂片实验对新型缓蚀剂在强酸性条件下的缓蚀效果进行评价的方法。文章还根据多元磷酸酯的缓蚀机理讨论了协同效应对其缓蚀效果的影响,并总结了多元磷酸酯酸洗缓蚀剂的优势,提出了改进其缓蚀效果的设想。This paper evaluates the important role of existing inhibitors in oil and gas exploration, drilling, production, and pipeline engineering, briefly states the development trend of green inhibitors in recent years, and in troduces the method of synthesizing novel poly-phosphate acid-washing inhibitor taking the polyatomic alcohol and poly-phosphoric acid as its major crude materials, and the optimal conditions of synthesizing the inhibitor obtained through a large number of experiments. In light of the operating environment of oil/gas pipeline, the method of evaluating the effect of the novel inhibitor under the condition of strong acid by use of the blade -hanging experiment is introduced in the paper. According to the inhibiting mechanism of poly-phosphate, the possible influence of synergistic effect upon its inhibiting result is discussed i the superiority of the novel inhibitor is summarized and the imagining of improving its inhibiting redult is proposed by the authors.
