摘 要:球塞气举是一种特殊的气举方式,具有举升效率高、稳定性好、特别适应低压且液相滑脱损失严重的油气井条件。根据球塞连续气举的采油原理,2000年建立了一套高14.2 m、(?)40 mm的U型可视化球塞气举实验装置,其实验研究的目的为:一是优化设计地面投球器和井下气液混合器等主要配套部件;二是系统地开展球塞连续气举物理模拟实验研究,测试对比不同球塞直径、材料和投球频率对气举特性的影响。该研究成果对于研发配套装置、观测认识球塞气举气液球三相流动规律和指导现场应用均具有重要的指导意义。Gas lifting with balls is a special gas-lift mode,which has high lifting efficiency and good stability,and is particularly suitable for oil/gas wells with low pressure and severe liquid slipping. Based on the exploiting principle of continuous gas lifting with balls,a visual experimental facility for gas lifting with balls was established in 2000,which specification is 14. 2 m. high and (?)40 mm. of diameter with U-type. The purpose of the experimental research is to optimally design the main matching components,such as the surface ball launcher and the down-hole gas/liquid blender etc. , and to conduct the systematic experimental research of physical simulation for continuous gas lifting with balls, and test the influence of different ball diameters, materials and frequency of ball launching on the gas-lift features. The re-search results are the important reference to develop the matching devices, understand the gas/liquid/ball 3 phase flowing law of gas lifting with balls,and guide the field application.
