摘　　要：引入状态变权向量调节度和标准调节度以及调权水平的概念,为分析状态变权向量调节权重的能力提供了可量化的工具.利用标准调节度讨论了选择状态变权向量的一些基本原则和理论依据,并由调权水平给出了一种选择状态变权向量的可操作性方法.Concepts of adjustment degree, standard adjustment degree and level of adjusting weights of state variable weights vector are introduced. Several measurable tools to analyze the effect of state variable weights vector are obtained. By applying standard adjustment degree, some principles and theoretic foundations of selection of appropriate state variable weights vector are discussed. Via the use of adjusting weights level of state variable weights vector, an operational method to select appropriate state variable weights vector is proposed.
