手术加丹参和疤痕敷贴治疗瘢痕疙瘩疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :探讨瘢痕疙瘩的有效治疗方法 ,减少术后复发。方法 :根据瘢痕疙瘩的形状、部位及基底条件 ,分别采用切除缝合 ,瘢痕内切除缝合 ,局部皮瓣修复 ,瘢痕切除表皮回植等方法去除瘢痕疙瘩 ,术中术后使用丹参注射液 2个月 ,术后 7d始每日整天使用疤痕敷贴 3～ 6个月。结果 :治疗结束后随访 1～ 2 a,治愈 5 8.0 6 % ,显效率 2 5 .81%。结论 :此方法操作简便 ,疗效确切 ,未发现副作用 ,但仅用于局限性瘢痕疙瘩的治疗。对面积超过 18cm2 瘢痕疙瘩并未涉及。Objective:To explore the effective method in treatment of keloid and reduce the postoperative recurrence.Method:According to the conditions of the shape the position and the basal bottom of Keloid, well defined that a scar abscission and suture or in a scar abscission and graft a epidemis.And injection Salvia Miltorrhrzae was used during and post operation for two months.And the dressing with Silica Gel was used whole day to begin 7th day to that post operation for 3 to 6 months.Result:Following up for 1～2 years, the sanative rate was 58.06%.The obvious effectual rate was 25.81%.Conclusion:The method is simple,the effect is true, and not appeared side effect. But it can only cure that is local, which is less than 18 cm2 in area.
