摘　　要：的 :探讨青光眼患儿与正常眼压的小儿在全麻插管和拔管后眼压及血流动力学改变。方法 :取于我院小儿行内眼手术的正常眼压 4 3例和青光眼 2 4例作为研究对象 ,全麻完成后 5 min,测其眼压、心率、无创血压作为基础值 ,并分别于插管和拔管后 30 s及 2 min再次测定其眼压、心率和血压。结果 :插管后 ,青光眼患儿眼压增高幅度高于正常眼压组 ;两组患者拔管后眼压均升高 ,但升高幅度略相似。结论 :由于青光眼小儿有较高的眼压 ,插管和拔管均会增加视力的损害风险。Objective:To investigate the effects of tracheal intubation and extubation on intra-ocular pressure and haemodynamic parameters in children with and without glaucoma.Methods:43 children with normal intra-ocular pressure and 24 children with glaucoma were studied. A standardized general anaesthetic was performed to both groups.5 min after anaesthesia,intra-ocular pressure,heart rate and noninvasive blood pressure were practised.These measurements were repeated 30 s and 2 min after extubation.Results:The increase of intra-ocular pressure after intubation was greater in the glaucomatous group than that in the normal group. The intra-ocular pressure was elevated after extubation in both groups, but the amplitude was similar in the two groups.Conclusion:The children with glaucuma,which have a persistent elevation of intraocular pressure may be at higher risk of visual damage after intubation and extubation.
