甘利欣联合促肝细胞生长素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察注射用甘利欣联合促肝细胞生长素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法　治疗组用甘利欣联合促肝细胞生长素 ,对照组单用甘利欣 ,治疗 2 8天 ,观察治疗效果。结果　两组的显效率分别为 61.9%和 3 3 .3 3 %、总有效率分别为 95 .2 3 %和 85 .71% (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗组的临床疗效明显优于对照组。ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effects of glycyrrhizin and hepatocyte growth-promoting factors on patients with chronic hepatitis B.MethodsThe patients in treatment group received glycyrrhizin combined with hepatocyte growth-promoting factors for 28 days and the patients in control group received glycyrrhizin alone for 28 days.ResultsThe effective rates were 61.9% in treatment group and 33.3% in control group (P<0.05). The total effective rates were 95.23% in treatment group and 85.71% in control group (P<0.05).ConclusionTherapeutic effects of glycyrrhizin and hepatocyte growth-promoting factors are superior to glycyrrhizin alone on the patients with chronic hepatitis B.
