摘 要:目的 了解利奈唑烷 (LZD)、夫西地酸 (FUS)、利福平 (RIF)和复方新诺明 (SXT)对耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌的单独和联合体外抗菌活性。方法 应用K B法检测LZD、FUS、RIF和SXT对 10 0株耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌 (MRSA)和耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌 (MRSCN)各 5 0株的单独和联合体外抗菌活性。结果 LZD对MRSA和MRSCN的耐药率均为 0 ;FUS对MRSA和MRSCN的耐药率分别为 2 0 %和 14 0 % ;RIF的耐药率分别为 14 0 % ( 4 3株 )、18 0 % ( 4 1株 ) ;SXT的耐药率分别为 36 0 % ( 32株 )、5 8 0 % ( 2 2株 ) ;4组联用绝大部分结果为无关 ,各联用组协同率相近 ,均很低 ,联用拮抗主要是现在MRSA组菌 ( 11株 ) ,MRSCN相对较少。结论 这 4种抗菌药物对MRS均有效 ,联用多为无关。OBJECTIVE To investigate the in vitro activities of fusidic acid(FA), linozelid(LZD), rifampicin(RFP)and trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole (SXT) against meticillin resistant staphyloccoccus alone and in combination. METHODS To detect and analyze the resistance of 100 strains of meticillin resistant staphylococcus (50 strains of MRSA and MRSCN, respectively) by the K B test. RESULTS The resistant rate of MRSA and MRSCN to LZD was all 0; to FUS was 2 0% and 14 5%, respectively; to RIF was 14 0% and 18 0%, respectively; to SXT was 36 0% and 58 0%, respectively. Most of results of four antimicrobials in combination were non correlative, the rates of synergy were the lowest, the rates of antagonism were lower, mainly for MRSA. CONCLUSIONS The meticillin resistant staphyloccoccus is susceptible to FUS, LZD, RIF and SXT, separately the rates of synergy and antagonism when the four antimicrobials are used in combination are low,and non correlation is seen.
