摘　　要：目的　提高消毒工作质量 ,切断SARS医院感染传播途径。方法　对医院目前采取的预防SARS医院感染的消毒措施进行调查。结果　在预防SARS医院消毒工作中 ,存在 6种误区 :忽略自然通风 ;认为喷药就算消毒 ;消毒剂浓度越大越好 ;只有过氧乙酸最好 ;露天地区也要消毒 ;不重视日常清洁。结论　应采取正确消毒方法预防SARS医院感染 ,加强对全员的培训及对落实各项措施的督导。OBJECTIVE To block the hospital infection transmission route of SARS and improve the quality of disinfection. METHODS The training of medical staffs and establishing careful disinfection measures were strengthened during prevention of SARS. RESULTS The various mistaken concepts in disinfection of preventing SARS were as follows: ①overlooking natural ventilation, ②considering just spraying disinfectant meant disinfection, ③disinfectant concentration should be high, ④ peracetic acid was the best disinfectant, ⑤outdoor area also should be disinfected, and ⑥neglecting daily cleaning. CONCLUSIONS For preventing hospital infection of SARS, it is essential to get the agreement from all leaders, train medical staffs, and implement disinfection measures in practice.
