摘  要:目的 了解我院病房空气细菌状况 ,降低空气传播医院感染机会。方法 随机选择呼吸内科 10间病房 ,于病房使用前后各进行一次空气细菌检测 ,并作对比分析。结果 病房使用前本底细菌总数平均为 16 8CFU/ m3,使用后细菌总数平均为 80 1CFU/ m3,前后比值平均为 1∶ 3.8,两者之间有显著性差异。结论 人的活动是病房空气污染的主要因素 ,良好的外周环境、清洁卫生、开窗通风以及加强管理可以降低病房空气细菌含量。OBJECTIVE To detect bacterial number of the air in wards of our hospital in order to reduce air transmitted hospital infection. METHODS Ten respiratory wards were selected by random for study. Bacterial colony count of air was detected before and after using these wards respectively. The two results were analyzed comparatively. RESULTS The total bacterial colony count before using these wards was 168 CFU/m3 in average. After using these wards the total bacterial colony count was elevated to 801 CFU/m3 in average. The ratio was 1∶3.8. There was significant different between them. CONCLUSIONS Human activity is the main factor that makes air bacterial contaminant in these wards. The bacterial colony count in the air can be declined by air environment, cleaning, sanitation, ventilation and strict personnel management.
