门诊血压计袖带细菌监测分析

摘　　要：目的　为减少门诊患者医院感染 ,对密切接触患者的血压计袖带内侧进行细菌监测。方法　采用 5 cm×5 cm的标准灭菌规格板 ,连续采样 ,采样面积≥ 10 cm2 2个 ;用没有含相应中和剂的无菌洗涤液的棉拭子 1支采样后在规格板内横竖往返均匀涂擦各 5次送检。结果　血压计袖带使用 3d,其染菌量已超过卫生部所规定的普通物体表面带菌标准 (10 CFU/ cm2 )。结论　血压计袖带必须定期消毒。OBJECTIVE To decrease the nosocomial infection of patients in the outpatient department, the bacterial concentration of inner side in the cuff of sphygmomanometer was monitored in the patients when measuring blood pressure. METHODS The standard boards (5 cm×5 cm) were used for continuous sampling and the each sampling area was more than 10 cm2 (2 terms). After sampling with the sterile cotton brush, the aseptic standard boards were spread for 5 times in the well distributed manner. The samples were cultured and the bacterial concentration was counted later. RESULTS The bacterial concentration in the cuff of sphygmomanometer after three days used was higher than the bacterial criterion for the general terms made by Ministry of Health (10 CFU/cm2). CONCLUSIONS The cuff of sphygmomanometer should be sterilized regularly.
