摘 要:研究了在 0 .15~ 0 .0 8mol/L的硫酸介质中 ,用铊 置换出Cu EDTA中的Cu ;Cu 催化溴酸钾氧化偶氮氯瞵 mA褪色的指示反应及其动力学条件 ,据此建立测定痕量铊 的新方法。在 5 5 0nm处 ,检出限为 1.32× 10 -9g/L ;测定范围为 0~ 6 0 0 μg/L ,用聚酰胺在盐酸或王水介质中分离富集样品中的铊 ,使方法的选择性大大提高。用于水及岩石样品中铊的测定 ,相对标准偏差小于 3.7% ;标准加入回收率 96 %~10 4 % ,获得满意结果。A new substitute catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of thallium. The method is based on the Tl(III) substitutes Cu(II) in the Cu(II)-EDTA and the traces copper(II) catalyzed oxidation of chororphosphonazo-mA and potassium bromate in 0.15 similar to 0.08 mol/L H2SO4 medium. The linear range is 0 similar to 600 mug/L at 550 nm. The detection limit is 1.32 x 10(-9) g/L, After dissolving the samples in aqua regia or HCl and the obtained trace thallium(III) was separated and enriched by polyamide. The method has been applied to the determination of trace thallium in water and rock samples, the relative standard deviation is less than 3.7%, and recovery is 96% similar to 104%. The results is satisfactory.
