青海省道地药材唐古特大黄中4种蒽醌衍生物的含量测定

摘　　要：用高效液相色谱法:甲醇∶0.1%磷酸 85∶15 ,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为254nm,柱温为室温,按外标法定量,测定青海省道地药材唐古特大黄中芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素和大黄素甲醚的含量.结果表明,青海省唐古特大黄中蒽醌衍生物的含量较高,明显高于市售药材,为大黄中的上品.The contents of aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin and chrysophanol in trueborn Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.from Qinghai was determinated.HPLC on kromasil C_(18) column using methol∶0.1% phosphoric acid (85∶15) as mobile phase was used,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min.The wavelength of UV detector was 254 nm,and the column temperature was room temperature and the quantification used external standard method.The contents of emodin,chrysophanol,rhein and aloe-emodin in Rheum tanguticum Maxim.ex Balf.of Qinghai were more times than medicinal material for sale.
