传染性非典型肺炎早期与普通肺炎早期的实验室回顾分析

摘　　要：目的　回顾性分析我院传染性非典型肺炎又称严重急性呼吸综合征 (SARS)早期与普通肺炎早期的多项实验室检测项目 ,探讨两者的试验结果差别。方法　 2 0 0 3年 4～ 5月收治的 35例传染性非典型肺炎患者及 2 0 0 1～ 2 0 0 3年的 35例普通肺炎患者实验室检测项目进行回顾性分析。结果　两种肺炎早期检测结果与正常对照组相比除有很多相同点外 ,也有不同点 ,两种肺炎早期检测值差异有显著意义的项目及其测定均值分别为 :补体C3 (C3 ) :0 98g/L ,1 36 g/L ;补体C4(C4) :0 2 9g/L ,0 34g/L ;C反应蛋白 (CRP) :2 5 6 5mg/L ,4 4 73mg/L ;红细胞沉降率 (ESR) :2 2 93mm/h ,4 3 6 3mm/h ;凝血酶原时间百分活动度 (PT % ) :95 79,88 85 ;纤维蛋白原 (Fbg) :2 78g/L ,3 91g/L ;天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶 (AST) :30 6 0IU/L ,2 3 83IU/L ;直接胆红素 (DBIL) :2 34μmol/L ,3 34μmol/L ;碱性磷酸酶 (AKP) :4 5 2 6IU/L ,6 3 97IU/L ;γ 谷氨酰转肽酶 (GGT) :17 94IU/L ,2 7 91IU/L ;血糖 (GLU ) :6 77mmol/L ,5 11mmol/L ;钙 (Ca) :2 2 2mmol/L ,2 33mmol/L ;磷 (IP) :0 97mmol/L ,1 0 9mmol/L ;钠 (Na) :135 2 4mmol/L ,139 4 6mmol/L ;氯 (Cl) :97 2 6mmol/L ,10 0 91mmol/L ;总胆固醇 (TC) :3Objective To make a retrospective analysis on the laboratory tests of the early stage of both Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS) and typical pneumonia (TP) and compare the difference of the testing items between the two.Method Make a retrospective analysis on the laboratory tests on the 35 Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome cases treated from April to May, 2003 and another 35 typical pneumonia cases treated from 2001 to 2003 by our hospital.Results There exists a common ground in many aspects between SARS and TP, however, there exists some different aspects .The items with distinct difference of SARS and TP: C3, C4, CRP, ESR, PT%, Fbg, AST, DBIL, AKP, GGT, BG, Ca, IP, NA, CL, TC, apoAI, apoB, PA, LDH, HBDH, CK-MB, WBC, PLT, MPV.Conclusion There exists a common ground in many aspects between SARS and TP, however, SARS is additioNally characterized by some features different from TP: more severe injury on all the systems and viscera, myocardial damage and kidney injury.
