摘　　要：目的　总结原发性下肢静脉曲张患者行腔内激光治疗的经验和效果。方法　 6 2例下肢原发性静脉曲张患者均采用二极管激光仪行腔内激光治疗。激光治疗功率为 10～ 12w ,激光脉冲持续时间为 1s ,间隔时间为 1s ,逐渐退出静脉腔。结果　随访时间为 2～ 8个月。全部患者的曲张静脉消失 ,水肿消退 ,无坠胀感 ,无搔痒 ,无需用吗啡类镇痛药 ,无严重并发症。结论　腔内激光治疗下肢原发性静脉曲张安全 ,效果满意。Objective To retrospectively analyze the experiences and results of the treatment on 62 patients with primary varicose of lower extremities with endovenous laser Methods All patients were treated with endovenous laserThe laser treatment could begin when the fiber withdraw with 1 cm/2sThe laser power was 10-12 w with the laser pulse duration and the interval 1 second respectively Results The duration offollow-up varied from 2 months to 8 monthsAfter endovenous treatment,the varicose veins and edema disappeared in all casesThe itching and uncomfortable feeling was dissipatedNo morphine-like analgesic has been used and no serious complications occurred Conclusion Endovenous laser treatment of primary varicose of lower extremities is a safe and effective technique
