摘　　要：目的　探讨噪声作业工人血浆热应激蛋白 (HSP) 70抗体与心功能异常之间的关系。方法　用Westernblot免疫印迹法测定噪声作业工人血浆HSP70抗体水平 ,用多因素Logistic回归模型分析HSP70抗体水平与心电图异常的关系。结果　心电图异常组HSP70抗体阳性率为 3 5 6% ,明显高于心电图正常组 (15 7% ) ;在排除了常见心血管疾病危险因素的影响后 ,心电图异常与HSP70抗体之间仍然存在较强联系。结论　血浆HSP70抗体可能是噪声作业工人心脏功能异常的危险因素之一。Objective To explore the relationship between heat stress protein 70 (HSP 70)and cardiac dysfunction in the workers exposed to noise.Method Plasma HSP70 was determined with Western blotting technique in the workers exposed to noise, and logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between anti-HSP70 and electrocardiogram abnormality in the workers exposed to noise.Result The positive rate of plasma anti-HSP70 in abnormal ECG group was 35.6%,significantly higher than that of normal ECG group(15.7%).After adjusting the generally recognized risk factors for cardiovascular disease,there was still a strong association between plasma level of anti-HSP70 and incidence of abnormal ECG.Conclusion Anti-HSP70 might be a risk factor of cardiac dysfunction in the workers exposed to noise.
