摘　　要：目的 :通过妇幼保健系统对成都市龙泉区婚检人群进行艾滋病性病预防的宣传干预 ,并对其效果进行评价。方法 :随机抽取在成都市龙泉区妇幼保健院进行婚前检查的男女 ,进行艾滋病性病知识的宣传干预 ,收集干预前后的调查问卷 ,分析干预对该婚检人群艾滋病性病预防知识和态度的影响。结果 :干预后 ,目标人群对艾滋病性病的认知程度显著提高 ,如预防性传播艾滋病的知晓率由干预前的 5 4 .5 5 %显著提高到干预后的 95 .5 9% ,对预防母婴传播艾滋病的知晓率由干预前的3.36 %到干预后的 83.2 4 % ;同时 ,干预对象对艾滋病和艾滋病人的态度有明显改变 ,如对不用隔离艾滋病感染者的知晓率由干预前的 33.33%到干预后的 70 .11%。结论 :发挥和利用妇幼保健系统婚检和婚前教育的优势 ,实施艾滋病性病预防的宣传干预 ,具有可持续性和易操作性 ,干预效果好 ,利于推广应用。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention taken by the maternal and child health care system on AIDS and STDs prevention among newly married couples in Longquan region.Methods:Newly married couples in Longquan region in Chengdu from October to December in 2002 were chosen randomly. Two questionnaire surveys were conducted among them before and after the health education intervention on the prevention of AIDS and STDs. And the questionnaires were analyzed to evaluate the effectiveness of the intervention.Results:After the intervention, the target group got much more knowledge about AIDS and STDs and changed their wrong attitude to AIDS and the carriers of HIV. For example, only 54.55%of the target group knew the HIV can be transmitted via sexual behavior whereas 95.59% of them knew the sexual transmit route after intervention. And only 3.36% of the target group knew the HIV can be transmitted from mother to baby whereas 83.24% of them knew this transmit route after intervention. 33.33% of the target group thought that the HIV infected person should not be isolated whereas 70.11% of the target group obtained the suitable attitude to the HIV infected person after intervention.Conclusion:Health education intervention on AIDS and STDs prevention conducted by professionals in health care system for newly married couples is effective. And this model of health education can be used widely, continuously and conveniently in the prevention of AIDS and STDs.
