摘  要:在丙烯腈生产中,应针对不同型号催化剂采用相应的控制指标.对于转化率低、两碳收率低、选择性高的催化剂,相应提高反应器尾氧含量控制指标,对提高丙烯腈催化剂使用寿命至关重要.In the productive process of acrylonitrile,according to vary type acrylonitrile catalyst,corresponding operational instructs of oxygenic content in the tail gas of acrylonitrile reactor should be adopted.For the catalyst by which the yield of transforms is los,the yields of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide are low and the selectivity of acrylonitrile catalyst is high,it is important for improving the use lift time of acrylonitrile catalyst by improving the operational instructs of oxygenic content in the tail gas of acrylonitrile catalyst by improving the operational instructs of oxygenic content in the tail gas of acrylonitrile reactor.
