摘　　要：对不同厚度铁膜覆盖下的不锈钢样品的散射M ssbauer谱进行了测量,并通过测量结果的分析,给出了样品表面不同深度的信息。The scattering Mssbauerspectrum of the stainless sample covered with iron film of different depth is measured.Different depth information on the sample surface is given based on the analysis of the measurement.
