摘　　要：个性化服务是图书馆信息服务向纵深发展的重要手段。分析了个性化服务的内涵以及学科馆员提供个性化服务的优势,探讨了在现代技术环境下,学科馆员在研究用户信息需求、建立个性化信息服务网和个性化信息传输系统等服务中的角色定位。The individualized service is an important means for library's information service to develop in depth. This paper analyzes the connotation of the individualized service and the superiority of the liaison librarian in providing the individualized service, and probes into the role positioning of the liaison librarian in aspects of researching users' information demand, establishing individualized information service net and individualized information transmission system, etc. under the modern technical environment.
