经胃管持续滴入矿泉水与小剂量胰岛素泵入抢救糖尿病非酮症高渗昏迷15例临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :本文对 15例糖尿病非酮症高渗昏迷患者采取经胃管持续滴入矿泉水与静脉输入生理盐水双重补液 ,其中矿泉水与生理盐水之比为 2～ 3 :1,以及小剂量胰岛素 4～ 6单位每小时泵入进行抢救 ,死亡率明显下降 ,生化指标恢复及时 ,疗效可靠。The text is concerning that 15 DNHC patients whom rescued by sappy the liquid on two ways at the same time. One is to drop waters into the stomach by tube, the other is to input physiology brine to vein(Waters/Physiology brine is 2-3/1), in put small doal of insulin (4～6u/h) to vein at one time certainly. The result is that the rate of death was declined obviously, and the index of bioche mistey came back on time .So the result of the treatment is reliable.
