新生儿甲状旁腺素与血钙关系研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察新生儿甲状旁腺素与血钙间的关系。[方法]应用IRMA法检测62例新生儿生后1-48h血钙及甲旁素水平,分析二者之间的相关性以及分别与胎龄、出生体重、取血时间之间的关系。[结果]甲旁素与血钙、胎龄呈负相关,与取血时间呈正相关;血钙与甲旁素、取血时间呈负相关,与胎龄呈正相关。同时提供了足月新生儿甲旁素参考值范围。[结论]新生儿甲旁素可影响钙离子的水平。[Objective] To observe the correlation between parathormon and serum calcium in newborns. [Methods] Using IRMA method, we measured the levels of serum calcium and parathormone from 1 hour to 48 hours after birth in 62 newborns, analyzed the correlation between these two variables, and compared them with gestational age, birth weight and sample time. [Results] Parathormone has a negative correlation with serum calcium and gestational age and has a positive correlation with sample with; serum calcium has a negative correlation with parathormone and sample time, but has a positive correktion with gestational age. At the same time, we provided the reference range of the level of parathormone for the full-term newborns. [Conclusion] Parathormone could affect the level of serum calcium in newborns.
