前列腺栓的研制及临床应用

摘　　要：[目的]研制治疗前列腺炎的直肠栓并进行疗效观察.[方法]用延胡索、蒲公英、白花蛇舌草等8味中药,以半合成脂肪酸酯基质制备前列腺栓,采用紫外分光光度法检测延胡索的含量.[结果]延胡索的线性范围为1.2～15.2 μg/ml;加样回收率为101.2%,RSD=0.65%.临床总有效率为82.52%.(P＞0.05).[结论]该制剂疗效可靠,质量可控,有临床应用价值.[Objective] To prepare prostate suppository for treating chronic prostatitis and observe its clinical therapeutic effect. [Methods] 8 kinds of traditionnal herbs such as rhizoma corydalis, herba taraxaci and herba hedyotidis were served as active ingredients and semi-synthetic fatty acid ester as matrix stroma to prepare prostate suppsitory. The contents of tetrahydropalmatine were measured by ultravolet spectroscopy. [Results] The linear range of tetrahydropalmatine was 1.2-15.2 μg/ml, standard oxymatrinc's recovery was 101.2%, RSD = 0.65%. The clinical effective rate was 82.85% (P >0.05). [Conclusion] This preparation's therapeutic effect is reliable and quality control is feasible and it is worthy to popularize the application in clinical practice.
