摘　　要：[目的]研究脑梗塞患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度、血管弹性与血管内皮功能相关性。[方法]用高频超声测量23例脑梗塞患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度、血管弹性与血管内皮功能并与30例同龄人对比分析。[结果]脑梗塞患者颈动脉内-中膜厚度较正常对照组增厚(P<0.01)、血管弹性与血管内皮功能明显减低(P<0.01)。[结论]肱动脉依赖性血管内皮细胞功能与颈总动脉内中膜厚度。[Objective] To discuss the relations between the intima-media thickness (IMT) , vascular elasticity and the vascular endothelial function in cerebral infarction. [Methods] The 23 patients' and 30 normal volunteers' IMT, vascular elasticity and the vascular endothelial function were measured with ultrasound and were compared. [Results] As compared with normal group , the IMT of cerebral infarction was increased (P<0.01) , vascular elasticity and vascular endothelial function were reduced significantly (P < 0.01). [Conclusion] Endothelium-dependent dilation , the IMT of common carotid artery and vascular elasticity can provide objective indices for cerebral infarction.
