国产重组链激酶与尿激酶在急性心肌梗死溶栓中的血管再通率的比较

摘　　要：[目的]观察国产重组链激酶(r-SK)与尿激酶(UK)在急性心肌梗死(AMI)静脉溶栓治疗中的血管再通率的比较。[方法]采用平行随机单盲对照试验,即r-SK(上海医科大学研制)30例,UK(广东天普生物制药厂出品)30例。所有病例均符合入选和不入选标准,予r-SK或uK各150×104IU于60 min(UK30 min)静脉输入,观察血管再通的临床判定指标。[结论]在试验组中,30例r-SK血管再通率(24／30,80.0％)与UK(18／30,60.0％)有显著性差异(P<0.05)。认为国产r-SK静脉溶栓治疗血管再通率高,是一种安全有效的溶栓剂。[Objective] The aim of the study was to investigate the repass rate between homemade recombined streptoki-nase and urokinase in thrombolytic therapy of acute myocardial infarction. [Methods] We used parallel randomization single-blind contrast test to compare recombined streptokinase (r-sk) 30 cases and urokinase (uk) 30 cases to treat acute myocardial infarction (AMI) patients, each case accord with entranced request. R-sk or uk was injected by vein in 60 min (uk in 30 min) . [Results] We had observed the judgement indexes of repass. In test group r-sk repass rate was 24/ 30 (80.00%), uk group was 18/30 (60.00%). There are remarkable difference between the two groups (P<0.05). [Conclusion] It is suggested that the method of homemade r-sk thrombolytic therapy by vein is a safety, effective thrombolytic drug with higher repass rate.
