摘　　要：目的 :探讨直视下经尿道内次切开术治疗尿道狭窄的有效性和安全性。方法 :总结直视下经尿道内切开术治疗 6 8例尿道狭窄和闭锁患者的疗效和经验 ,6 3例 1次手术成功 ;3例行 2次、2例行 3次成功。结果 :6 8例中 ,5 7例术后随访 3～ 71个月 ,平均 2 8.3个月 ,4 3例 (75 % )均排尿通畅 ;2例暂时性尿失禁者分别于术后 3～ 6月内恢复。结论 :直视下经尿道内切开术创伤小 ,并发症少 ,疗效确切 ,是尿道狭窄和闭锁的首选治疗方法。Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of direct vision internal urethrotomy as the treatment for urethral stricture.Methods:A total of 68 patients with proved urethral strictures and urethratresia underwent direct vision internal urethrotomy. The results and some experiences were summed up.Results:Direct vision internal urethrotomy has been successful in 68 patients, of whom 63 with single procedure, twice and thrice with successful outcomes in 3 and 2 patients respectively. Fifty seven patients have been followed up for 3～71months( with a mean of 28.3 months), 43 patients(75%) were voiding satisfactorily, 2 with temporary incontinence recovered 3～6 months postoperatively.Conclusions:Direct vision internal urethrotomy is a safe and efficient therapy with miniinvasiveness and less complications for urethral stricture and urethratresia. It should be considered as a first choice of treatment for patients with urethral stricture and urethratresia.
