摘 要:目的 :探讨四逆汤 (SD)对供心冷保存和再灌注期间ATP的影响 ,以了解SD对供心的保护作用。方法 :新西兰大白兔 16只随机分成 2组 ,1组为对照组 ,2组为实验组。取心前 ,取心肌测ATP。 1组用 4℃UW液灌洗、2组用 4℃UW +SD液灌洗 ;常规取心后 ,1组在 4℃UW液中 ,2组在 4℃UW +SD液中保存 6h。取心肌测ATP。然后在Langendorff模型上 ,1组用KHB液 ,2组用KHB +SD液再灌注 3 0min ,再取心肌测ATP。结果 :2组取心后各时点ATP均高于 1组。结论 :在灌洗液、保存液及再灌液中加入SD能使供心冷保存和再灌注期间ATP维持较高水平。SD对供心有保护作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Sini-decoction (SD) on ATP of donor heart during cold-preservation and reperf usion. Methods New-Zealand Rabbits (n=16) were divided into two groups including control group (group 1) and experimental group(group 2). Donor hearts in group 1 were isolated and perfused with UW fluid at 4℃ and group 2 w ith UW+SD fluid at 4℃, and preserved with respective preservation fluid for 6 h at 4℃. After that, donor hearts in group 1 were reperfused with KHB fluid whil e ones in group 2 with KHB+SD fluid at 37℃ referring to Langendorff model. Myoc ardial samples of the donor hearts were obtained before the heart was isolated f rom live rabbit, at 6 h after cold-preservation and at 30 min after reperfusion for ATP assay. Results The ATP contents in group 2 were higher than those in group 1 after cold-preservation and after reperfusion. Conclusion SD added on cold-perfusive, preservative and repe rfu sive fluids could maintain the higher ATP contents in donor hear. It is suggeste d that SD could have a good protective effect for donor heart.
