摘  要:目的 比较双能减影 (DES)和常规数字摄影 (DR)对胸部结构的显示能力。资料与方法 连续抽取 10 0例胸部DES和DR图像 ,由 3位放射科医师评价两种检查方法对胸部肺纹理、气管支气管和骨骼的显示效果 ,分别计算两种检查方法的优显率。结果 DES对肺野内中带肺纹理、气管、右主支气管、右上叶支气管开口、中间支气管、左上叶支气管开口、肺野内肋骨的显示优于DR ;DR对肺野外带肺纹理、心影后肺纹理、膈下肺纹理、左主支气管、左下叶支气管、胸廓边缘肋骨、心影后肋骨、膈下肋骨、胸椎、锁骨、肩胛骨的显示优于DES。结论 DES能分别观察胸部软组织与骨骼 ,提供更多的影像信息 。Objective To compare the ability of display of dual energy subtraction (DES) with that of digital radiography (DR) in chest imaging.Materials and Methods 100 consecutive cases of DES and DR were analyzed by 3 radiologists in three aspects including lung markings, airway, thoracic bones. Results DES excels DR in manifesting the lung markings in the inner and midst region of lung field, trachea, right main bronchus, opening of right up lobar bronchus, middle bronchus, ribs in lung field. DR surpasses DES in showing the lung markings behind heart and diaphram, and also in the outer region of lung markings, left main bronchus, opening of left up lobar bronchus, left lower lobar bronchus, ribs at the edge of thoracic cast, thoracicspine, clavicles, scapulas. Conclusion DES can offer additional diagnosis information by observing soft tissues and bones separately, and it is suplementary to DR.
