急性输尿管梗阻时肾脏及肾周间隙的CT表现

摘　　要：目的　了解输尿管结石所致的急性输尿管梗阻时的肾脏及肾周间隙的CT表现。资料与方法　对 2 6例经CT及B超扫描显示输尿管结石所致急性输尿管梗阻患者的肾脏、肾周间隙的CT征象进行观察和分析。结果　 2 6例患者均有肾脏及肾周间隙水肿性的改变。CT主要表现为 :患侧肾实质增厚、肾盂肾盏扩张、肾被膜增厚 ,部分伴有肾被膜下积液、肾窦水肿、肾周间隙桥隔增厚、肾周间隙内脂肪层斑片状影及肾筋膜增厚。结论　急性输尿管梗阻在急诊CT上有明显表现 ,除输尿管结石征象外 。Objective To comprehend manifestations of CT images in the kidney and the perinephric space with acute ureteral obstruction caused by the ureterolithiasis. Materials and Methods The features of the kidney and the perinephric space in 26 cases with acute ureteral obstruction cases caused by the ureterolithiasis detected with CT and Ultrasound were analyzed. Results Edema of the kidney and the perinephric space was presented in all of 26 cases. The main CT features of the kidney and the perinephric space were: renal parenchyma swelling, pyelocaliectasis, effusion of the renal infra-capsule, edema of the renal sinus, bridging septa thicking of the perinephric space, patch shadow in the fatty layer of the perinephric space and Georta's fascia thicking.Conclusion Acute ureteral obstruction have apparent manifestations on emergency CT images, indirect CT signs of the kidney and the perinephric space are especially significant except the signs of the ureteral calculus.
