摘　　要：目的 :探讨ICU医院感染的因素 ,以期采取有针对性的护理干预措施。方法 :回顾调查ICU医院感染 37例的临床资料。结果 :37例中感染 6 1例次 ,以呼吸道感染为主 ,检出致病菌 86株 ,G+ 菌占 37 2 1 %,G-占 4 6 6 7%,真菌占 1 9 77%,耐药金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌及真菌感染比例增大。结论 :为了有效地降低医院感染率 ,必须采取有效的护理干预措施。Objective: To explore ICU nosocomial infection factors so as to take countermeasures for nursing Method: Retrospective investigation was made on clinical data among 37 cases of ICU nosocomial infection Result: 61 case/times were infected among 37 cases, mainly repiratory infection 86 pathogenic strains were detected, G + accounting for 37 21%, G - accounting for 46 67%, fungus accounting for 19 77% With the percentage of drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginose and fungus infection increased Conclusion: Effective nurs- ing measures must be taken to reduce the rate of nosocomial infection
